Free Trial Terms

Every qualified business can claim one free trial service from the following:

Subscription Policy

All monthly plans are billed on a 30-day cycle. You can cancel your plan at any time before your next billing date by visiting https://bigbrainway.com/contact/. If cancellation is requested after work has begun on that month’s content, cancellation will take effect the following month.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

One-Time Services

If you prepay for a one-time service and cancel before work begins, you are eligible for a full refund. If work has already started, a partial refund may be issued based on hours worked and assets delivered.

International Clients
