Refund Policy

At Big Brain Way, we offer service-based marketing, content, and automation packages—not physical goods. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and practical for digital service delivery.

1. Free Trials

All clients begin with a no-obligation free trial. This includes limited-scope services such as profile optimization, lead capture setup, or promo content creation. You keep all deliverables from the trial. No payment is required unless you choose to continue with a paid plan.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription anytime before your next billing cycle. If cancellation occurs after content work has started for that month, the plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds will not be issued for completed deliverables unless a billing error occurred or we failed to deliver on agreed services.

3. One-Time Services

For one-time projects (such as a funnel build, blog pack, or design order), you may request cancellation before work begins for a full refund. If partial work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued based on hours worked or assets already delivered.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment or billing error

  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon service within the expected timeframe

  • Incorrect charge for a plan you did not authorize or activate

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of the charge.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Completed strategy sessions or consult calls

  • Delivered content or design assets

  • Any discounted, promotional, or trial-rate packages

  • Custom automations or dashboards after deployment

6. Charge Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, we ask that you contact us directly before filing a formal dispute. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

7. International Clients
