Here’s how it works:

1. We Start With a Free Trial

Before any billing begins, we deliver a 3–5 day free trial. You choose one of the following:

  • Profile Fix (Google Business + Socials)
  • Lead Capture Funnel (form, tracker, reply)
  • Promo Push (custom post or reel)

You keep everything we create—whether or not you continue.

2. What the 30-Day Guarantee Covers

If you choose to move forward with a paid plan, you’re covered for 30 days from the date of your first payment.

If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with the results or service you received in your first month, you can request a partial or full refund—based on the scope of what was delivered.

You’re eligible for a refund if:

  • You gave us access and approvals on time but the work wasn’t delivered
  • The content produced didn’t match the agreed deliverables
  • The work was not usable due to a technical or team error

3. What’s Not Covered

Our 30-Day Guarantee does not apply if:

  • You didn’t provide required access, feedback, or approvals
  • The full scope was delivered and signed off
  • You are on a discounted, promotional, or trial-rate plan
  • The request is made after the 30-day window
  • You’re requesting a refund based on results that require time (e.g. SEO ranking changes, lead growth), rather than deliverables

4. Our Resolution Process

We’ll always try to fix the issue first. If you’re unhappy, contact us at https://bigbrainway.com/contact/ within 30 days of your first paid invoice.

We’ll review:

  • What was agreed to
  • What was delivered
  • Whether any errors occurred on our part

If the issue qualifies, we’ll issue a refund (full or partial) to your original payment method within 10 business days.
